Behind the Scenes - July - UPDATED ORGANISATION

Hello! For this behind the scenes post I want to update you all on how I organise my work!
Below Is a picture of all the different folders I use inside a monthly folder.

Within these folders I will have more folders...

Which are Recorded, Finished (writing), Drafts.

Recorded is a folder for scripts I have recorded.

Finished folder is a folder for scripts I have finished writing but have not yet recorded them.

Drafts is a folder where drafts of scripts are put there to keep to finish later.




Let me take you through each folder ^_^

We have for number one, we have the channel folder, in which I keep things that are related to the channel. For example, videos, and thumbnails.

Character Audio folder is where the Patron Character audio files go for safe keeping.

Custom audios is where I keep the scripts for all your custom audios. I also use the recorded,finished and draft files in here.

Other is for ideas, and anything else that doesn't fit into the other folders.

Snowy and Saucy, this folder is where anything relating to the snowy and saucy cloud tier audios go.

If I'm running a special offer one month, I'll make a separate folder for it!

Story time is for the story audio for the cotton candy tier!

BACKING UP

Now this is super duper Important!  I am someone who takes a lot of pride and love into what I do, so I like to keep everything all safe. At the start of every month I back up last months work onto a cloud storage thingy bobby. That way if I ever need to reference anything, for example, to check if someone has already had an audio for an idea they have suggested in the present. 

Well what can we learn from this?.... Clouds I will confess that, organisation... is not fun, but you do need it in order to stay on tip top form! ^_^
