braided hair links
Added 2018-03-16 05:20:02 +0000 UTCI didn't feel like drawing today, but I did so anyway.
I wanted to try drawing Link with braided hair, and I also revisited her old "3 sets of bangs" fringe. I really like how the sleeve came out. This is one of the few pieces where I handled my shading with a multiply layer for the sake of working quickly, but it does mean I was in less control of my colours. Alas, it happens.
Don't forget to eat and sleep.

Braids seem so complicated to me, bc they always look so amazing, and people spend so much time doing them, and I'm like how do you have that much time? Nut regardless she looks great!

Maybe this could represent Link before she became a adventurer? Also, good discipline with drawing even though you didn't feel like it. This is a very good result.
