Added 2018-08-24 07:55:11 +0000 UTCWhen I was in high school, I had two uniform options. One was all-black, and the other was white/tan. I picked the black so I was a blob of black. Though it wasn't fancy like this at all.
I was initially interested in going the route of a more sexy contemporary goth type look, but then I wasn't sure if it was goth or just someone wearing black. So this was the direction settled upon.
I wanted to have some strong colour, like red gloves, but it was much too imposing. So I kept the colour range fairly limited, with slight tints of violet here and there -- the goth feel is really sold by the contrast between the dark attire and the bright skin here, so I felt it best to have less value & hue range.
Don't forget to eat and sleep.
