Waystone Patreon Announcements: October 2015

Things may seem to have been quiet on my end, but I've been tinkering behind the scenes, redoing graphics, updating the look of this Patreon and the way it works. Before I begin work on the next project I wanted to give you a bit of an update as to what's gonna be happening for the remainder of the year here on the Waystone/Sirius Patreon.
New Posting and Distribution system
Until further notice, I'll only be able to update comic pages twice per month. I wish I could go faster, but obligations to independent clients prevent me from spending the time I'd like to on each page. I want each page of the Waystone universe to be as good as I can make it, without rushing them for the sake of just updating a lot.
The good news is that you'll be spending less each month, with only two paid updates instead of 3 or four. The bad news is that you'll have to wait a bit longer between updates, but I hope you won't mind for the sake of quality over quantity (as well as saving a bit of cash)!
Regarding the distribution system, some of you may have seen the Tumblr posts and Tweets talking about this, but many Creators here on Patreon have been having major problems with ghost-pledgers who have no intention on paying the artist for their work. This can be most easily explained if I show them to you...
Although not quite as severely, I'm also suffering from this little hole in Patreon's system, so starting with next week's update, Prefects will only receive their download pack after they've been successfully processed on the 5th of the month (since Patreon takes 4-5 days to bill everyone).
Standard Resolution (Waykeeper) files will be sent out on the 15th and the last day of the month with the bi-weekly updates.
Zero Tolerance Decline Policy
Patrons who are declined over the course of 1 month will have their pledge deleted automatically. I understand that there are rough months, but keeping track of the declines is incredibly tedious and time consuming and I'd rather use that time to continue making awesome stuff for you!
Flat Price for full-Catch up package
Instead of charging for each month individually, I've decided to have a flat price for new pledgers wishing to catch up to the content on my patreon that has been going for the past year. The prices are:
Prefect Level: $100 for ALL previous material
Waykeeper Level: $50 for ALL previous material
Upcoming Projects and Content
Ok, here's the part you've been waiting for...what's coming up next! Now, I wish I could say that Skin Deep was gonna be charging straight at you in the coming week, but the sad truth is, it isn't. In fact, I won't be able to begin it until the New Year.
Wait! Don't go! I know you're disappointed but I've got other cool stuff planned!
I'll be working on another vignette with Alps set in the Sirius Saga universe called "Give and Take", which centers around Lunaris, a Guard Captain and Neit, a thief who thinks she can outwit him (which she'll soon learn isn't the case)!
This vignette will consist of four images with accompanying snippets of story penned by Alps.
Along with these files, you'll receive both sides of a Lucario Dakimakura, as well as character sheets, sketches, a couple of finished commissions I haven't posted yet, and hopefully another installment of Circus of Stones...all before the year is done!
So you see, dear Patron, although I've had to clamp down a bit in terms of billing, we're working hard to bring you awesome material to enjoy! Please bear with us as the end of the year approaches and I promise in January we'll get right back into Waystone, and this time, there WILL be a certain blue (currently brown) Jackaless involved, as well as a possibility for your own character to be in the Waystone universe!
Finally, I've launched a blog for the Waystone comic pages! Now you can view them all in one place without having to navigate my galleries!
A stories blog for Alps is coming soon! We're just compiling what needs to be posted and it'll be ready to go in no time ;).

TL;DR
I'm switching up the schedule from weekly to Bi-Weekly, so only two updates per month until further notice. If your payment method declines your pledge will be deleted and you'll have to sign up again (sorry!). For the remainder of the year I'm gonna be working on an image vingette with Alps. You'll get the Lucario daki and other cool stuff over the coming month, but Skin Deep (Nailah and Tsenaya comic) won't begin until the New Year. Thanks for your support!
