Jane stood outside an ordinary-looking house very early in the morning.

"Welcome Mrs. Jane!!" An excited voice ushered her inside. She found Bella bringing her over to the living room where she introduced her other members.

"This is Tom, my husband, and the little one over there is my , Roksy." It's not every day they receive such important guests. Incidentally, the was thrilled at her arrival. As a person not very good at meeting new people, Jane was thankful that there were only two new faces in the room.

After exchanging pleasantries with Bella's husband and patting Roksy's head, her gaze eventually settled on the green-haired she had grown so close to. Before she met Rick, Jane would not have even dreamt that someone could make such momentous progress in a matter of weeks with her.

"Good morning, teacher!" The boy too noticed her staring his way. He offered her the chair right next to him, a proposition she didn't deny. Bella and Eliza were busy serving the breakfast while Tom tried to engage her in some superfluous talk, in order to keep her entertained.

Roksy was the only one with a downtrodden face. Apparently, she wasn't exactly excited at the idea of her brother going on this trip for a week. Even after repeated attempts from the family, the girl remained defiant.

Much like Rick, could also tell that Jane was not really a fan of a get-together. Hence they didn't keep her waiting for long, starting their meal together.

Rick passed on a sneaky wink to her. Unknown to him, Jane was actively forced to question the very reality she had been living in. The more she uncovered his life, the more she discovered how subservient the females around him acted.

What was this? It was even worse than she had assumed.

Right then, as if to mess with her already surging emotions, she observed Rick deliberately place these ladies under a magic spell.

Rick responded indifferently.There was truly some soul power in there, she was not mistaken.

Surprise after surprise, Rick was like some incarnation of old gods. Things he was capable of doing, left her astonished beyond comprehension. At this point, she was curious about the identity.

In all possibilities, this guy might have inherited these mind-bending 'qualities' from the other man. Because obviously, Eliza was not much special concerning her cultivation talent.

On the side, Roksy didn't react to the discovery at all.

Ira had just woken up to the loud noises coming from the ground floor. Walking over to her window she found the source of the voices. From her window, she got an unobstructed view into the stables attached to their house.
