Throughout the walk to the office, Yeonhee struggled to hold back her anger.

Despite her condition, she kept a blank expression, pretending nothing was wrong.

Ding…

Fortunately, we made it into the elevator without anyone noticing. Yeonhee let out a small sigh of relief and finally relaxed.

Yeonhee was startled and flustered by the sudden movement.

Yeonhee trembled slightly from embarrassment and anxiety. She was standing in the elevator.

The elevator echoed with her sound. Since the elevator wasn't moving, anyone could open the door at any moment.

Of course, the elevator was reserved for the chairman and a select few, so there was almost no chance of it stopping now.

Still, being in that space brought just the right amount of thrill.

She tried her best to keep a straight face, but her expression had already softened completely. It was nothing like the cold, composed look she had earlier.

 “If you don’t hurry, the door could open. Someone might see us.”

But just before she could climax, the door opened.

Thankfully, it was the floor where the chairman’s office was, and there was no one there in real time. 

"Is that so? Then how about this!"

 “C-Come in!”

“Excuse me.”

The person who walked in was none other than Secretary, the chairman’s assistant. She was holding a few documents, looking like she had something to deliver.

 “Oh, is something wrong?”

“…..No, it’s nothing. More importantly, is Yeonhee not in office?”

 “What happened?”

“N-Nothing at all!”

 ‘R-Right now?!’

“Yes, come in.”

“Excuse me.”

When she saw Secretary step into the room again, Yeonhee’s face instantly turned red. The memory of what had happened earlier—when she had barely been conscious—flooded back to her.

“Did you check the documents I left with you earlier?”

“Yes, I’ve taken care of everything. Thank you.”

“Alright, then…”

It seemed Secretary had just come to follow up and was about to leave without further comment. But just as she reached the door, she turned back.

“And if possible, please avoid doing that kind of thing at the company.”
