Well, I have a set of three, rather old Apple monitors (two 20" Cinema Displays from 2005 and one 24" LED Cinema Display from 2009). And in this largest monitor, a typical fault appeared, namely the screen backlight not working. Fortunately, I was able to fix it while removing a feature I wasn't using anyway, namely the ability to adjust the brightness. We will see how long this solution will work. And I was already scared that I would have to set aside funds for a new screen.
I know, I have a big mess...
