As someone who enjoys rankings and statistics, this scratches an itch in my brain and keeps me sane as I clean my house (the work never ends). By the way, I’ve found that hunger pains mostly go away after about 2 days of not eating. I did a 6 day long Navy survival course and lost 17 lbs. I put it all back on quickly with the help of San Diego burritos and beer. Cheers guys.
