Mustard, Onion, Sweet Green Relish, Tomato, Celery Salt, Pickle, Sport Peppers are the ingredients allowed on a hotdog. You can choose to only use some of these if you want but none of this ketchup or MAYO nonsense! I worked at Portillo’s growing up and there’s always these damn weirdos who ask for wild shit on their dogs.
