Disclaimer: It won't be immediate, as I have a backlog (Around 12) already written in case of emergencies/breaks. I can't guarantee I will purely implement the option that wins, as it may be subject to change as I write it.

For all the supposed knowledge he have as skill it surprise me how he still use external securitys(software) he it's supposed to be a guru when it comea to cyberware Wich it's a even more advanced field than robotics/hardware we have today. She should equip all his employees with stealth and even give them their personal Basic AI to train and for team work, since not everyone has the knowledge to use the cyberware he create he should have his own custom AI that work in close proximity with other employees and make them more letal, maybe even make them train in a monster hunter dungeon you sudendly found in the mine and they become a real elite fighting force but all in the shadows. Add RPG elementants like a system/AI he create and then combine with some kind of nanotechnology/biomutationware that make his employees stronger with level and all that jass.(adding biology/synthetic muscles and what not) I have many other things but this will be enough as inspiration for future reference!
