This is the right answer. GRC was banned because it fucks has spatial distortion effect to it, you can see it back after Grimmjow uses it they cut to Halibel and her fraccion that the space has been distorted. Cero Oscuras is a special released form cero only Espadas 1-4 can use aka the Vasto Lordes.

2022-02-08 17:27:44 +0000 UTCThe cero that Grimmjow used that was blue is the Gran Rey Cero, which is supposed to be banned in Las Noches but he used it anyways, and also he used before changing to his release form. The black cero that Ulquiorra used was Cero Oscuras which he said was a special cero that only the strongest espada in their release form can use. So Gran Rey Cero (the blue one) is a higher tier cero, but the Cero Oscuras (black one) is an even higher level. Ulquiorra was saying that Getsuga was similar to Cero Oscuras, which makes sense when you remember that Hollow Ichigo was the first to use the black Getsuga and Ichigo learned it from him, so even when he wasn't in hollow form he was using a hollow power when he used black Getsugas in bankai.
