The rigs im doing are getting smarter each time as i'm adding in more controls for easier animating.

Yes will be covering this, a lot was discovered through many attempts and failing, also ended up creating my own lip controls and doing things like correct jaw drop down when the mouth opens (sides of mouth move with jaw). keep going at it yes its a pain but persistence will pay off.
