Patreon Issues

Great. It’s payday and they put the new guy behind the counter manning the till. Almost 25% declines on my end....awesome (he said, sarcastically).

Thanks, Fairfax for the info, yea for me and I run 2 Patreon pages, this one is just for the few adult creators that I am supporting but my main one is for my sto game stream and I have 2 of them that support me on there, well last month I got this email saying that pledges has been declined, yet the 2 of them right away reach out to me, to tell me that money was there and then on the 5th, it kicked in for them and the pledge was done, yet if this starting to happen and I even know a few of them who has like ton of them $1 supporters to them and last month the one I know has alllllllll his pledge saying they was declined yet it funny, the ones that are at max level or one tier under the max level, well they went through without a problem, just the $1 and the $5 pledges was getting the declines as I hearing from them creators

Firebox, feel free to correct me if you've noticed otherwise - but I've noticed that switching my payment method for Patreon to a PayPal moneyorder, resolved all of these issues at least from my point of view end as a supporter. Before making that switch it seemed almost every month there'd be at least 1-2 of the about 30ish creators would send me a message saying they didn't get the payment but the rest of them said everything went through. Incredibly annoying to deal with. I can't say I understand why this option works better, just that it appears to make a huge difference. Hopefully this helps anyone else who may be suffering from the same "fapping difficulties". ....but if your problem is it being too tiny to work with - sorry, I don't have any advice for that one.

Plus even more fun, I was getting a 800 number to call my bank to see what going on and when I did, they like, hmmmmmm Patreon has a pending charge on your acount, would you like to keep it or kill it and tell Patreon to fix the problem when it suppose to be on a auto payment charge from 1 to the 5th each month

This happen to me to the few that I supported and it not letting me see their pages till after the 1 to 5th payment period, then once it got fixed, I was able t see the ones I was supporting again
