They concern different things. The Ma Go who gave flowers to deceased represent reincarnation, she want Manwol can be resolved hatred by love, cross the bridge and R.I.P. Ma Go (the black clothes one) represent upright / punishment, she thinks that Manwol commit sin in the past, so Manwol is a sinner even she is the owner of Hotel now. So, if Manwol became an evil spirit, she has an excuse to destroy her. The pink Ma Go represent Love, you can treat her as Cupid. The Ma Go stay in the pharmacy represent health, so she is able to treat Chan-sung's eye.

But yeah I also see that they are kinda confuse and hard to tell what they really want for manweol
