Regarding Future Patreon-only Builds
Added 2024-05-29 09:21:33 +0000 UTCAs it's been brought to our attention that our Patreon-only builds have been leaked by some supporters for other people to play and datamined, I'm sorry to say that we will no longer release any build with unfinished content.
We never intended for supporting the game to gain access to the Patreon-only build to be "purchasing the game". The game is a free game and will still be free when it's finished. The Patreon-only build is intended to be something for our supporters to look at the progress of our work, if they choose to. We place trust in our supporters not to leak the game, full of unfinished content or placeholders that we are not ready for the public to see.
Unfortunately, because there have been many leaks already, I'm sad to say that we will have to change our plans. We will no longer release a new build for supporters, unless everything is finalized or ready for the public to see. This means that it will take longer for a new Patreon-only build to be released. I do not want to spend time on protecting the game from being leaked, as I know that it's futile. The best protection is to not release anything to be leaked at all, and only release it when I can accept that the game is in a state that it can be datamined and leaked.
I understand that this might be inconvenient for many supporters, but right now what we need is to be able to focus on working on the game. At this point, I believe it should be clear already that there is a game being worked on here and there is progress being done. You will still get any new Patreon-only release in the future even after you stop supporting the game, so there is no need to keep supporting us monetarily, unless you are willing to help us and would like to read about progress on the game, as well as interact with us on Patreon.

That's understandable. I decided to be a member of your game because you have a fantastic product (Game concepts, characters, and story concepts) and keep interacting with supporters by telling news updates. The game is so much funny, I am an artist and really love the CGs you made. I wish I could give my characters to be at least just a small part of this game (like a shopkeeper or support characters) >_<

Monthly report is good enough for me to see progress about what work has been done and acknowledge that work is being done. Not saying that I don't want to play new builds, I really look forward to playing new builds to check out new content and changes from update. I'm very impressed by latest build and how far the game has come, and your hard work on the game. Please keep up with good work!

2024-05-31 18:54:31 +0000 UTCYes, many things aren't final and the builds aren't meant to be spread widely like that. it also means we have to be more careful on not putting something that could potentially spoil future chapters in the current build as well, and that's just more work and more thing to think about instead of focusing on working on the game. As for the second question, there is no need to pause the development of future chapters to do that. They are being worked on alongside each other. We're just not going to release any new chapters until we think it's ready. - Punipen

(like sketch based characters, and un-finished images) Does this mean you will pause chapter 6 development to polish the first 5 chapters with ALL of their content-dates-images-enemies?

I don't know if you have a planned schedule, but going out this route is somewhat soothing to me. Cleaning up the game would be nice Dose this mean the reports are gonna be told as normal, will anything change besides getting a WIP of the build game
