Added 2023-03-19 20:45:13 +0000 UTCVIX has been a very important indicator for us, once it held support and broke out of the downward channel, it was showing something was brewing and although we did not expect banks to collapse as quickly as they have or as widespread, the VIX has react accordingly and ahead of this news, so I am a big fan of this.
The trend here looks clear, we have likely got a few more months of uncertainty ahead of us....we know the VIX moves like a heart beat, large swings but we are watching for the overall trend, as this is very clear from the chart. Lets continue to use this to read the market.
