If the market is going to take off, buyers are going to step in and buy companies with strong fundamentals, a proven track record and companies that have been oversold substantially. $PYPL hits all of those requirements, I have doubled my position in $PYPL today and a Buy Alert was sent out just afterwards.
$66.60 is the big test for $PYPL, if this line is flipped to support, we are looking at Wave 1 next with a target of $100.
