We can see now that Wave 4 has held on the 0.5 Fib at 19,852 and has bounced since, there has also been a high high and higher low next, with a hold on the 0.618 Green Fib at 20,362.
This is exactly what we need to see to expect an impulse wave next as expected and shown.
A positive result from the US election and China will make an announcement tomorrow.
