Ashe buffs dont matter, her strengths and weakness are the same. okay laner, good picks but hard to carry on.

3 extra armor on kalista is huge, she uses armor the best probably out of any adc due to how she plays lane.

lucian buff doesnt matter enough to make him go up a tier

neeko added to botlane tierlist, i think she is okay, for sure playable, better with setup supports like naut.

this isnt in the tier list but i think rumble senna botlane could be good combo, good cc chain, good all in and good sustain and tankiness with rumble new armor

Veigar nerf is massive for botlane. down a tier.

xayah changes makes her better vs melee champs diving onto you where u would go crit

Zeri is overrated champion in botlane, she is very strong solo lane top especialyl but this nerf is very big overall. In botlane she isnt oppressive enough to stop scaling champs from scaling, and then jinx is very strong late game and sure zeri is too but not as strong imo. Zeri is like middle S tier.
