Shen and Mundo moved down a tier since they struggle to keep up with the hullbreaker champs. Sion moved up, best tank with hullbreaker atm.
Illaoi is same champ
On hit neeko top is not bad, the item changes this season is good for her onhit build too ( kraken nashors guinsoos type of builds ) good splitpusher and good 1v1er. This buff with hitbox and W is nice for her onhit build.
Good rumble buff but better for mid and bot with senna.
sett gets HP back, but doenst change matchups etc.
I think Hullbreaker Urgot is close to S+ just some matchups are really hard u cant blindpick it feels like.
