- tryndamere is back, basically same as before just E is weaker now ( Cooldown reduction reduced to 0.75 seconds from 1.Cooldown reduction against champions reduced to 1.5 seconds from 2. Old patch they did on trynda )
irelia buff is nice, not S+ tho
Swain mid nerfed, but they also nerfed healing cut so its not so bad, good pick vs melees / melee comps
sylas buff is nice, but still this champ needs to see ulties etc , so useless some games.
Taliyah is a massive change, her damage is quite a bit lower , i think the utility build of everfrost seraph is alot worse now and you dont deal so much damage anymore with that build compared to something like ludens void/raba/shadow etc.
Veigar maxes E 2nd so this doesnt matter too much, it is a nerf regardless, until lategame which its a buff cus more armor and same cage CD, but early fights and 2nd/3rd dragon you cant use cage as much, matchups like zed is quite a bit harder cus extra cd on cage and less armor, down 1 tier because of everfrost change too.
Heal reduc nerfs helps champs like swain sylas yasuo yone irelia etc.
I think steraks is good on irelia.
Gragas mid is unironically a bit better with the Q and E change, not tooo bad xD
