Ivern mid buffed, wouldnt suggest playing mids like this in soloq tho unless duo with a rengar or another good carry jungler player.

lucian change matters more for mid than botlane, since you poke and clear wave more often with Q than in botlane, and these type of nerfs for champion like lucian does alot since he relies on his base stats and raw damage to get leads, a lucian without a lead isnt so useful.

Seraphine up a tier, S+/S Some draft, very draft reliant champ imo ( useless with some champs in jungle like taliyah karthus etc, or with certain teamcomps like tank top non hypercarry adc etc ( some exceptions like MF Seraphine is not bad )

Shadowflame pretty big, you can buy it 2nd item now vs squishy teams without feeling like you are trolling, if you buy it vs triple melee topside comp/ purchased MR you are still trolling tho.

Predator damage change dont matter, damage will be the same when you use it after first time.

CD cahnge dont matter for most champ ( matters for champs like singed, vlad that spams predator off cd )

movespeed change matters, thats pretty big tbh.... sucks a bit for veigar since he has to go it still in predator games.

Galio down a tier, predator change is giga nerf to him, if you play him with spellbook hes not even close to the ssame champion.
