amumu buff useless for jg

Bel veth is S+ in low elo , S tier in high i think, needs to snowball but cant rlly do it reliably i feel like.

ivern buff good for jg and mid, slightly better in mid id say than jungle. Another issue with ivern jungle right now is enchanters gets played alot in botlane, which means you have 2 enchanters which isnt as good since less carries to use the enchanters. Usually ivern wants engage support. So yea, because the meta doesnt fit ivern and generally speaking he isnt so strong i wont put him up a tier.

I already rate jarvan quite high, this buff wont change it, the champ is just either S+ or whatever. ( vs immobile squishy melees like viktor he is quite good )

i played 5 games of shaco after buffs, best build still is BOTRK into chemtank full tank xD CRINGE!!!!

Viego was barely S+ for me, this is enough to make him go down a tier, for sure still a fine champ but there will be less montages cus less heal, and less R value.

Predator change nerfs Gragas mainly imo (only movespeed change matters), other champs have other good runes like voli has PTA for example. Itll feel bad tho when you are quite outranged as volibear and you go nerfed predator..

Right now theres alot of anti engage comps like renata, azir for example, kindred does good vs this as she has alot of range and mobility and dont need to commit, pair this with the fact that theres alot of enchanters played, so things like kindred lulu/yuumi is very strong i am moving kindred up a tier.

Lillia down a tier, people were playing alot of melees which she could kite but now people are going back to azir corki , enchanters etc and i think lillia is worse vs these things.
