I already rated seraphine S+ as a botlaner, but now shes in her own tier, absolute beast ( must hotfix nerf lol )

my heimer is back! problem for heimer isnt rlly his strength, its mainly theres alot of range in the game, in melee drafts he is s+ by far but alot of the time theres alot of range champs, people dont use range correctly tho and since he is still quite strong in lane he is s+ compared to alot of other mages.

Didnt rate lucian that highly without nami, so not moving him down as hes already far down.

zeri changes hurts her more as a midlaner with the AP poke zeri build rather than ADC build tbh, her lane is untouched ( if anything its buffed cus health regen is higher ) They also did nerf yuumi tho which was a strong pairing with zeri, but all in all still a strong champ id say.

think MF is getting back to be honest, seraphine is strong with MF, MF is good vs twitch which people play alot.

Vayne and Kog down a tier , more range being played, less lulu on your team cus people playing more seraphine etc, very strong champs in the right draft ofc.

I wouldnt blind twitch simply cus he is in the end a hypercarry and if enemy goes full assassins or certain champs like malphite it can be very hard to actually be useful, compared to ezreal mf etc thats why not blindpick tier.

Zeri is S-A+ , S+ with yuumi. S+ With sona vs yuumi.
