corki dead for soloq especially, comp still PLAYABLE but , alot worse, also next patch when they nerf sustain he will sufefr alot in lane.

keep in mind the % max health damage of galio Q being buffed when people also have more HP than usual, is pretty good. galio got nerfed alot so dont expect to see him soon but maybe night harvester oneshot galio build could be something...

Karthus buffs are nice, not up a tier tho, next patch karfus god mode.

taliyah up a tier, has a good kit for soloq and competitive, has good push, roam and scaling. she is worse than initially when reworked but okay buffs.

no matter what riot does to vex, this champ will never scale, giving her ap ratios doesnt achieve much, this champ must snowball and win her lane, next patch she is better, but needs help to win lane, give her base stats and base damage, not ratios.

zed, qiyana etc will roam a bit faster around the map with 2-3-4 items due to extra movespeed, which will allow a bit of surprise picks on sidelane i think, which is good, but nothing too massive.

liandry + demonic multiple people same team is a good change, and will help some champs like swain.
