karthus down a tier because fiddle is so strong, there isnt a clear winner in ap jungler anymore, which is what karthus was before.

elise up a tier, wouldnt want to play her still but buffing base stats on a champ that wants to snowball early is quite nice.
niche eve buffs, not enough
gwen jungle down a tier
master yi overrated imo
olaf jungle up a tier, nice passive change
taliyah slowly making it to S tier, just think the other ap junglers are great too, shes closer to eve than lillia karthus fiddle imo.
Diana up a tier, the bruiser build is a bit disgusting tbh

volibear still s+ because the other gank and fight junglers arent good enough to replace him imo, maybe jarvan eventually if he keeps getting buffed and voli gets nerfed.
rammus up a tier, cant die, and ganks better than nunu vs alot of champs so nunu down a tier.
Dont think sunderer change does much for junglers, wukong etc will still buy it.
