Maokai is weaker, but not enough, they need to nerf trailblazer or nerf his W more or make his lane unplayable, for his winrate to really fall
Senna is too op for 10% ad nerf on Q to matter
Seraphine is better as support, but not S+ tier
Frozen heart changes matters alot for uspports like alistar, rell, amumu, naut etc, or fasting senna lanes. Not enough to rlly nerf champions specifically tho, since you dont want it every game.
Dream maker is better in lategame, but worse upon completion, IMO the support items are overall worse except for the shield one.
Melee supports slightly better due to shield change
