Olaf still a great toplaner despite mana changes and ahving 1 seocnd longer AS buff on his W is just good, you play biscuit on this champion anyways, so being low mana should just give ur biscuits value.
Reksai down a tier, getting less fury is a big nerf
Volibear down a tier, just bad changes for him recently
Another nerf to TF top with the statikk gold increase, you do not want statikk every game however as kraken is quite good vs more melee teamcomps. Statikk was good for rushing into RFC 2nd item as fast as possible.
Sett has quite good items right now with stridebreaker being a strong item currently im moving him up a tier.
