Zeri down 1 tier, still very strong and best champ in this tier but statikk nerf hurts her the most out of all the champions IMO

I'll try to weigh in. There's seen a couple NA challengers doing it. I think Cupic, SeasonOfLeaves, Samikin. Functions like an AP aphelios, where you want low-threat from enemy dives/engage and you eventually become untouchable by enemy melees. IMO best mage atm vs tanky team comps. Works well with Nami/Senna in my experience. Not Z-tier, but certainly S/S+. Ik I'm likely not who you wanted to answer, but hopefully this helps
