Draven up a tier, good buffs, good champ with IE buffs from earlier, good into ppl wanting to play zeri.
Jhin buffs good, movespeed op stat, up a tier.
Kaisa stays where she is, idk what peoples obsession with kaisa is, this champ is situationally really good, but not overall good, especially in a patch where draven is buffed too
TF bot down a tier, just so weak now after all nerfs and nerfs to statikk shiv too.
Ezreal down a tier, think hes weaker now that hypercarries and IE champs are better, and nerfs to range supports ( less gold gain on sup item, and sup items nerfed = less picked ) makes less Ezreal Karma, Ezreal Velkoz/Xerath/zyra/brand etc, perma push lanes are less frequent.
Cait down same reason as ezreal
