Cleanse longer CD, precision tenacity removed. Leona is a bit better.
Helia of Echoes is very strong right now, same with dawncore but dawncore you are rarely getting since its a lategame buy. Most of support changes this patch will be about Cleanse change, pairings with new adc meta, and Echoes abuse.
Quite alot of nami angles these days since alot of mages bot are good right now.
Ghost nerf, hyper carries being worse until late game, yuumi bad this patch, down a tier.
Cait, kalista, ashe down a tier, HoB nerf hurts them, sudden impact change hurts kalista too
Bard down a tier, sadly not good changes for him with relentless hunter nerf
Taric up a tier, more likely to have good matchups since less HoB adcs ( less varus, less ashe support , less range supports) Taric is in a good spot individually, just sucks rlly hard some draft spots, which is why hes not S+

for senna, is it always better to go lethality? or is there merit to building like locket + black cleaver + redemption etc. playing strictly support not fasting? ive been messing around with senna builds
