Glad you're liking this! As great as stands are as a power system, these Rohan episodes are proof that Araki can just as easily tell amazing stories without stands or direct conflict, which I really admire. His love of horror tropes and stories definitely shows in this episode.

So the Rohan OVAs are all planned but are not being done in order, this IS episode 16 BUT it was the first 1 released and although canon to eachother the order of the episodes don't matter as most don't continue from eachother and instead are more to tell you when each situation happened.

They might not be in anime release order but At a Confessional was the first TSKR one-shot Araki wrote in 1997.

wierd that Netflix don't have them in release order (not that it matters really) the release order was actually: Millionaire Village > Mutsu-kabe Hill > The Run > At a Confessional... again not that it really matters

The Ovas are based on the spin-off manga by Araki going by the same name. They are mostly not interconnected so the studio decided to animate them out of order.

I love this show, one silent gag is, whenever we see josuke we dont hear him or see his face, its a gag about how this is from rohans perception so ofc he ignores him. Oh, and i do need to mention, the netflix subtitles removed it so yea, this isnt just after part 4, this is 2 years after, so Koichi, Josuke, Billions, Yukako and such are now 18 year olds
