HxH Ep 65

:D yay!

Comments

Even the Bomber's ability itself is subject to equivalent exchange, or a "binding vow" to draw an analogy from JJK - it requires touching the target, saying a specific keyword, and later explaining the entire process to arm it in exchange for an unavoidable explosion powerful enough to kill a Nen user.

roc_kerf_ace

Alicia, you truly showed your point by bombing at the start of the video.

Miklar Sihn

It's all based on equivalent exchange ( or aproximating it ), that's the same thing for Kurapika's whole skillset with vows and conditions. Tough to activate, tricky and risky powers multiply your strength, only he is very calculated about it.

Solar Wind

Nen reminds me of equivalent exchange: removing the Bomber's curse was possible, but required an equal sacrifice--in "Deku's" case, this horrible nen abomination appearing.

Lexi

There is no "ingame", when you enter the game you just get TP'd to this island. Razor booted the Phantom troupe because they tried to sneak into the "game" location instead of going in through the official way (the game with console)

FedeZ7

Greed island is just a larp island. The game you buy is just a ticket for entry and a teleport.

Lightinger

I hate and love this because any time I run out of episodes it sucks. Haha.

Kobalt Reaver

The reason Killua can’t tell the difference between real life and the game is that there is no difference, that’s what the Phantom Troupe was talking about and why they left the game to go to the island normally, they went to steal the treasure without playing the game. The game is basically one big elaborate Nen technique, hence Razor saying he handled all of the emitter spells.

The arc really starts to pickup from here on out. Also don't stop watching the end credits. I find the Greed Island one's are better then the other segment.

WonderingSoul

So Alicia was half right in saying that it was in the physical location of the game, but wrong in saying it was happening outside of the game. Technically, there is no game and you should be looking at it from the angle of on or off the island. So the cards works and game takes place on the island to which people are transported to. The Troupe tried to enter the island from the outside world instead of using a console. That's why Razor sent them away. So this interaction took place on the island (technically in the game).

Josh Newerth

Please watch the after credits skits with Gon and Killua. The ones for the Greed Island arc are great and cute. You forgot to check them out for the episodes of this batch(6o to 65).
