2024-07-26 06:23:20 +0000 UTCI think a lot of the gripes u have with how the screenwriter changed the characters was explained with that whole telephone game that happened, as the writers intentions were more in line with the og author, as shown in his comments to akane ep 1 and his "fewer lines" comment this episode

2024-07-13 06:45:26 +0000 UTCI fall into the category of sticking to the source material, it's why anime always falls short to me compared to the manga 99% of times. Have seen too many of my favorite manga butchered when they get done as anime. Kingdom and Claymore being two unforgivable atrocities. I also hated the Live action One Piece. Characters were fine but the story was just complete dogshit.
