2024-08-20 05:25:21 +0000 UTCyeah when I left the comment I did a very rough estimate with the only real math being 7500*5.5*12=495000 and then lowered that to 450000 to account for fees without actually knowing what the fees were. After that I did what I would consider to be a more accurate estimate of a lower bound using 7638*5.35*0.92*12=451130.832 since I know for a fact that there are people paying for tiers higher than the 5 dollar minimum one I used 5.35 to give a theoretical average amount per patron (it's really hard to know what the actual amount should be), When I was researching I saw that 8% of revenue was taken by Patreon which is the purpose of the 0.92 and then of course she makes additional income on Youtube and Twitch. But yeah I would not be surprised if she was making 7 figures gross income and that's only going to go up as her socials climb.

There's also expenses like hiring an editor, but probably isn't super high since it's not like her videos are super highly edited. It's also possible she's still paying off debts, she took quite a few risks in her career and she's getting expensive fertility treatments. Her financial circumstance isn't exactly "typical". Still, she probably makes a lot more than she lets on. It's possible she makes over a million dollars per year.

Given that you have 7.5K paid patrons which means that at minimum you make like 450K annually from Patreon alone which to me would put you in the category of very wealthy.
