The title card of "The Enchiridion" where Finn is ripping out Jake's guts was just a joke that the staff of the show made to prank the viewers on Twitter when the show was beginning airing.

Adventure Time might be the show with the Best Title Cards in the history of Animation. Secondly… try to listen to the Outro Song as well whenever you can, I know it doesn’t sound like a big deal… but it kinda is in a weird way. I won’t say more cuz spoilers… it’s just a suggestion.
