Rebecca is just a 16 year old girl with no formal training.( Her dad tried his best but being a toy and all really limited his capacity).She certainly is way faster than most people and has her fathers excellent genes which presumably help in her reflexes but her self-imposed restriction on attacking really crippled her fighting style as anything other than her defensive water-dance trick, while effective on normal or arrogant fighters won't work on capable and experienced ones. I would say her capacity as a fighter is similar to Zoro in the East Blue. Still way more powerful than most people in the world...but way out of her league in the New World. She may have been at least been Paradise level Zoro, but she always fumbles her attacks due to her lack of experience actually striking which really limits her fighting abilities.

2024-10-06 23:44:39 +0000 UTCThe Thing I love about Dressrosa is that the Donquixote Family is not the average serious villain crew, but some of them feel very much like comic relief (Lao G, Baby 5, Senor Pink) and some are Monsters which mirrors the Straw Hats to some degree and makes for a fun dynamic during the fights
