Keep in mind that the fourth hokage sealed the nine tails inside Naruto when hating on the fourth kazekage for ordering to have the one tails sealed inside Gaara. But I suppose it is much worse considering the fourth kazekage is Gaaras father... Plus he ordered for his assasination.

Another thing no one considered what if deidara was just tired after sealing away a tailed beast takes a lot out of you nowhere else to sit but I agree not the best idea to sit on gaara unless your trying to antagonise naruto
