On the style - would you call Fleetwood Mac a rock band? To me it sounds like Country-rock a bit.
I wanted to upload this song one month ago. After I uploaded it on YouTube it was blocked in all the countries because of the royalties. Basically it happens when YouTube automatically finds too many similarities. As far as It had happened before, I decided to cut off the beginning and some solo part. It didn't help. Then I "stretched" the song. There's such a tool in my music program, where I can make the song a bit slower, of course it alters the sound, it becomes funny. But if you stretch it just a bit - one or two percent - then people won't hear the difference and YouTube algorithms can not match it with the original that well if the timing is different. Didn't work. I stretched more and cut off more. Didn't work.
I cut off half of the song, didn't work. Then I just cut off everything and only 5 seconds left. Just for fun. Didn't help.
Then I wrote to YouTube support saying that this is me singing, it's my cover and the track i downloaded in internet. And voila. Several weeks later I found it being not blocked anymore and available for all of the countries.
I'm glad because even though it's just one song - it's a lot of work.
