Fixes:
- Port 2-4 not working for events
- Crash when loading L-Cancel and Ledgedash
- Crash during Marth Ledgetech
- Crash during Attack on Shield
- Crash during Reaction Test and Shined Blind
- Freezing when exiting Training Lab
