I totally get it. I'm a huge fan of the show, and enjoy your reactions. My only hope is that the more cult like fans start exploring other shows instead of being stuck in the hamster wheel of consistently calling it the greatest show of all time without being willing to debate that. That is definitely debatable! You guys be good!

It is rather infuriating to deal with at times man 😂 the beginning of season 3 Allen was getting to the point he didn’t want to watch the show anymore because he was tired of some of the fan base but he pushed through it 😂✊. We’ll have to look up those family guy jabs 🤣

The honesty at the beginning was awesome and you should do more of that. I dont think I've ever been the type to hype up a season I just prefer certain seasons over others. I may have mentioned this before but hell I'm going to say it with you. Breaking Bad fans can be super annoying. They reject other shows before they finish one episode sometimes and compare it to the entire series. Since the finale family guy has taken a lot of Jabs at Breaking Bad fans. You can probably find them on YouTube. 😂 To them it's the Pinnacle of TV. It's great ok I get it but chill TF out.

I think better Call Saul is better. It's more realistic and better stylized. Breaking Bad is a great show but it's too much like McGyver at times with the stuff Walt does. BCS is sophisticated begining to end. BB can be unrealistic at times my only criticism. I get it tho, we're entitled to our opinion. They are two completely different and great shows for different reasons.

I feel you Alex, this is exactly what happened with Better Call Saul, it is super super slow and it didn’t get good for me until like season 4. I still don’t get how people say it’s better than Breaking Bad when it’s clearly not. At least, breaking bad was slow only the first few episodes of the first season only, and then it good alot better. If you guys think Breaking Bad is slow, you guys are going to hate the slowness of Better Call Saul lol

Well I guess Gale talking Gus into hiring Walt kinda back fired. This show and BCS which are heavy dialogue stories have got to be the hardest to react too. I look at them as one program and by far my favorite show appreciate you folks putting up with the nonsense Carry on soldiers :)

Honestly many BB fans sound like they belong in the r/iamverysmart subreddit, but yeah, I find it cringe when they overhype the show and say things like "oh the episode XY is gonna change the way you see life!!". Just shut up and let people watch the show without any hand-holding.

It sucks that it's true, but you guys are spot on about how a huge part of the BrBa fandom are insufferable. I personally waited until after the show ended to start watching it. Maybe I'm petty, but if someone tries to shove a show or a film in my face it makes me want to watch it even less. If not, I would naturally go into it being extremely hypercritical as I try to find a flaw in something that is apparently supposed to be "perfect". I really have been loving your reactions because you two are the first creators I've seen that are capable of being honest about the show's lows and not allowing the hate from the jaded fans to ruin the show's highs. With all that being said, you guys are going to get hounded by fans who want you to watch Better Call Saul after you finish BrBa. If you do watch it, I highly suggest that you limit how much you watch per week. The show is definitely a slow burn, but the storytelling is amazing despite taking a while for all the plot points to pay off. Without giving anything away, there are plot points that felt so drawn out and/or insignificant to me until it all comes full circle. It almost feels like you're watching two separate shows set in two different worlds and those worlds start to slowly bleed into each other. And once it does, man are you in for a ride. It's one of my favorite shows of all time but definitely not one that I would binge like Breaking Bad.
