There's a very good argument to be made that Eleanor is making a bigger sacrifice by letting Chidi be rebooted, but Chidi is still making a big sacrifice. I would also point out that his memories are likely not going to be permanently deleted. Michael was able to show Eleanor some of her memories after rebooting her. Hopefully it's only a temporary sacrifice. Everything is fine.
