So if you look at the No-No Lists, there are so many things on them. But on Jake's, it says "No talking about Derek." Back in the first episode of the season Charles asked Jake if he had a best friend while Undercover, Jake told him there was a guy called Derek he did a few jobs with and Charles was super jealous. I just always find it so funny... Haha Rosa dating Marcus just gives so much potential for comedy with Rosa and Holt. They're the most closed off characters who don't like emotions or talking about their personal lives, and now their personal lives are entwined and it's just amazing... Haha
