2018-10-30 16:45:47 +0000 UTCI'm glad I listened to this again because I needed to hear it! I've done a lot of work in the last 7 months with a therapist and this reminded me I was on the right path. It's been a long journey and will continue, but my relationships are much more manageable than they were when writing that email. I also joined Alanon, it has helped so much with family of origin issues. YAY!
