2017-08-02 05:29:09 +0000 UTCthere is an unsurprising amount of C-PTSD and BPD patients in the ACoA community, et al. The ACoA "Laundry List" is worded differently, yet contains most if not all of the symptoms of C-PSTD and BPD.

I am so grateful to you for such a through, yet understandable explanation as to why individuals with BPD feel and act in certain ways. I also appreciate how you've worked to differentiate Complex-PTSD from BPD. Relational trauma is extremely hard to break down and properly explain to those you love (who grew up with healthy attachments).
