Loved this format, thanks so much! Would love if you could continue the live call ins, that was so great. It's lovely to see them expressing appreciation to you and your work face to face too, as I think alot of us feel the same! Thanks Dr. Honda, you've really given much needed guidance, psychoeducation and direction in my 4 year therapy and recovery journey, it's information that really isn't out there otherwise and it's so needed!
