1930's Acetate File on EEVEE

It contains the image captures and if you open the file on Blender 2.81 you can extract to EXTERNAL files from File>External data>Unpack all into files to the local folder where you unzipped this:

When you open the file, change to EEVEE (render mode), select the PEG (the long box at the top of the cell paint), and then press PLAY on the timeline. Then press "G" to grab and move or "RR" to freely rotate while the timeline plays back (otherwise you will not see the animation simulation).
