Ask about Roaring Spirits (and I might draw it)!
Added 2023-11-28 18:45:01 +0000 UTCHi everyone! For the past few months, I’ve been writing several chapters for Roaring Spirits and I think its safe to say I’m getting closer to finally launching the comic early next year! I’m hoping to start serializing sometime in January!
I wanna ask some of you guys first here on Patreon — what do you wanna know more about the world of Roaring Spirits?
Could be anything thats general, like
- characters
- setting + locations
- lore/rules of the world aspects
I have a bunch of stuff written down for this in a personal pitch bible, but I would love gage with you guys what I should depict in visual form! But I also don’t wanna give too much of the game away, so I’ll pick and choose whats best and leave some of the juicy stuff for you guys to read later~ Thanks!

2023-11-29 15:15:57 +0000 UTCI wanna say its a bit of both? Definitely want to have some time to let the characters grow, since the crime stuff is only like a half part of the comic! Its still largely about martial arts and fighting, i’m hoping it makes more sense when the series continues :)

2023-11-28 23:11:54 +0000 UTCTo answer questions 1 and 2, Jackie takes and solve cases usually from the students at the university campus, basically serving as the school's own Personal Investigator. These cases will range from small things like small crimes like investigating stolen items/menial requests, to overarching bigger ones that intertwine between Jackie's personal and school life.
