That's Adriana in modern times, 100+ years after the events that took place in that little house. Family life can be too overwhelming for a lot of people, but it looks like she was more than willing to have one of those... and this is the result.
And yes, that demon girl is the one I showed in a preview some time ago for one of my next comics. Kha'Zak's sister!
