The Breeder Queen is surprised not just because she thought the Breeder conversion was already complete: The fact she's carrying twin Queens has been a determining factor for such change size-wise... to the point she's even taller than the Queen now.
Looks like the Shark is quite happy with this whole situation!

Specially since she isn't a queen :O However, she's planning to advise the Breeder Queen in a way that will benefit that planet's people and the Breeder species, so her decisions might affect the entire hive :o
